Job description
Arroweye is now hiring Production Operators. Join our growing team!

As a Production Operator you will set up, oversee, and operate equipment and files to convert material into finished product in accordance with specifications, procedures, and practices.

You'll get to work inside a climate controlled, clean, and friendly environment. If you like a steady paced position that gets you up and moving, then come help bring cards to life.

Pay is $14-18/hr based on level of expertise and cross training certifications.
Experience requirements
• Must have at least 1 year of industrial experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a commitment to great attendance.
• Follow standard processes and procedures as established by Operations Manager.
• Achieve optimum product quality through proper handling of consumables, materials, and machines.
• Perform established quality checks and make necessary adjustments to match customer specifications.
• Perform necessary in-process quality checks to ensure output is consistent from start to finish.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work spaces.
• Respond to “rush” or urgent requests without prior notice while still maintaining accuracy and deadline requirements.
• Operate post printing press equipment of various types.
• Conduct production quality audits and security counts.
• Maintain all security regulations on handling of product.
• Basic computer and communication skills.
Work hours
• Morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts available.
• You must be flexible to work alternate shift schedules in order to meet customer demands during peak periods.
